with CCAOC:
* Hi, my
name is Rosanne Prevett and, along with my husband Wayne, we are
the founders of CCAOC, which we launched in 2009.
* In over 20 years of pastoral ministry I have officiated at
hundreds of Life Celebrations.
My Personal Story:
* Born in Hamilton Ontario
* Elementary and high school in Hamilton, and Arthur, Ontario
* Completed undergraduate and graduate degrees at Guelph and the
University of Toronto
* I have parents, two sisters, and one brother living across
Canada and overseas
My Family:
* Married
16 years to Wayne my best friend and ministry/business partner
* I have three children: Luke, who is 26 and is a millwright;
Alyssa, who is 24 and a student at Community College in the
business program, and last but not least Michaela, who is 8 and
three quarters in grade 4 and who will one day rule the world!
My Life Experiences:
* Mediation Skills Training
* Prepare/Enrich certified pre-marital and marital coaching
* 22 years in pastoral ministry
* Helped create and provide oversight to community outreach
programs for children and adults in St. Thomas, Ontario:
including lunch and after school reading programs for children;
a weekly free community dinner; an annual community Christmas
Day dinner; and a clothing and grocery co-operative program
* Oversee with Wayne, ‘Celebrating Life’, a not-for-profit
charity
* Co Founder and lead instructor of Certified Celebrants
Association of Canada
* Co-Founder and owner of Kettle Creek Weddings, Ontario’s
finest wedding officiate service
My Interests and Passions:
* My favorite sports: running,
swimming.
* My favorite things to do: date my husband; read.
* My favorite music: ‘easy listening’ soft rock, classical.
* My favorite movies: Hunt for Red October, The Rock
* My favorite foods: Fettuccini Alfredo, cheesecake
